The staff was very friendly. Hiba at the reception had a cute smile. The kitchen staff at breakfast offered helpful service. One employee from egypt and his colleague from nepal were especially kind. I loved the balcony, it was a very nice option..

The tv did not work. The washing machine had mold and dirt flakes, it was disgusting. I ordered snacks at the pool. I had to return to my room to get my credit card, since they didn't get a money deposit from us upon checking in.

underwhelming stay

funny smell mysterious stains

the breakfast was alright i suppose, had some decent options.

the room they gave me, a beautiful room city view one king bed, smelled funny. it was like old socks mixed with something vaguely chemical, very weird. also, the bathroom looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned, with hairs in the shower and some mysterious stains on the sink. i asked them to clean it again, but it didn't make much of a difference.

The reception staff was kind and professional. the cleaning team was very pleasant too. the restaurant staff was polite, professional, well-organized, and helpful. I didn't need to call for assistance. they always smiled!!!

the fridge was very hot, and it was difficult to store anything there.
